Delete from within the app

The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the Gymigo app:

1. Open Gymigo and go to the Settings tab.
2. Scroll to the Account section.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Read the confirmation and tap Delete Account again to confirm.

Your account and its data are deleted right away, and you are signed out. This action cannot be undone.

Can't access the app?

If you can no longer open the app, email us at privacy@gymigo.fitness from the email address linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion request.” We will verify your identity and delete your account and data on your behalf.

What gets deleted

• Your account & sign-in identity — the Gymigo account itself, including any linked Google or Apple sign-in.
• Profile & personal details — name, email address, date of birth, and gender.
• Health & fitness data — body weight, height, goals, activity level, training preferences, and progress.
• Chat history — your conversations with the AI coach and their stored sessions.
• Workout & activity data — logged sets, sessions, and related app activity tied to your account.

Timing & what may be retained

Deletion is processed immediately when you confirm in the app. Residual copies in encrypted backups are purged within 30 days.

We may retain a minimal amount of data where required by law (for example, records needed for legal, security, or fraud-prevention purposes), along with anonymized or aggregated analytics that can no longer identify you. See our Privacy Policy for full details on data retention.
